Information we handle
If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or another channel, we may handle the contact details and information you choose to share so we can respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary.
The Contact page form prepares a message using the details you enter and opens WhatsApp. Opening that link shares the prefilled details with WhatsApp; the message is sent to us only if you choose to send it there. This website does not store the form entries. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
How we use information

- To protect our website, business and customers from misuse.
Sharing and third-party services
We do not sell personal information. Information may be available to authorised personnel of Landline Multinational Limited and to service providers where needed to handle your request or operate the website. The Contact page embeds a map provided by Google, which may receive technical information from your browser when the map loads. The assessment form opens WhatsApp with the details you entered, and WhatsApp processes that link and any message you send under its own privacy practices. Links to other services such as TikTok also take you to those providers' websites or apps.
Some providers may process information outside Nigeria. We will identify relevant providers and safeguards in this notice when online enquiry processing or analytics are configured.
Retention and security
We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up. Records relating to services may be retained for applicable business, accounting or legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Analytics and cookies
We do not currently use Google Analytics or advertising tracking tags. If we add analytics or other tracking, we will update this notice and provide any choices or consent controls required for the visitors and locations we serve.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise an objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.
